For the Coleto Creek...including Arnold Road Crossing, Highway 59, Victoria...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Coleto Creek at Arnold Road Crossing. * WHEN...Until tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding. Flooding of secondary roads and low bridges. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will continue to rise to a crest of 15.7 feet just after midnight tonight. Cirrocumulus clouds form at high altitudes (usually around 5 km)
and have distinguishing characteristics displayed in a fine layer of
small cloud patches. These small cloud patches are sometimes referred to as
"cloudlets" in relation to the whole cloud formation.
Cirrocumulus clouds are formed from ice crystals and water droplets. Often, the
water droplets in the cloud freeze into ice crystals and the cloud becomes a
cirrostratus cloud. Because of this common occurrence, cirrocumulus cloud
formations generally pass rapidly.
